To verify your identity and provide the marketplace, we collect: your name, email, phone number, and — for identity verification — your NIN, BVN, driver's license, or passport details. Vendors additionally provide business name, address, and CAC registration number.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to verify your identity, enable buyer-vendor messaging and calls, process vendor subscriptions, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-party services
Identity verification is processed through Mono. Payments are processed through Paystack and Espees. Calling uses Agora. These providers only receive the specific data needed to perform their function.
4. Your controls
You can update your notification and privacy preferences (including who can see your phone number and online status) at any time from your account settings.
5. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
