Sbrai Solutions (the "Platform") is an online marketplace connecting buyers and vendors in the construction industry — building materials, furniture, and professional services, all in one place. SBRAI SOLUTIONS LTD ("we", "us") recognizes the importance of privacy and confidentiality. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with the Platform, including on the web and via our mobile application.
Collection of Information
The personal information we collect broadly falls into three categories.
1.1 Information you provide to us
If you are a Buyer, we ask you to provide:
- Contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Purchase and payment information — card or similar payment details, billing and delivery address.
- Information about your purchases — the goods purchased and quantities.
- Information about complaints made in connection with the Platform or goods/services purchased through it.
- ID (such as a passport) for identity verification where necessary.
If you are a Vendor (or an employee/representative of one), we ask you to provide:
- Business information — corporate registration, business licenses, tax, or similar details, where applicable.
- Details about the goods and products you intend to sell via the Platform.
- Purchase and payment information, including bank account or other payment details for receiving payouts.
- Any additional information you choose to share, such as in market-research questionnaires — marital status, nationality, gender, date/year of birth, annual income, monthly spending, and preferences. Providing this is optional and does not affect your use of our services.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- A copy of correspondence with us, including verification information, if you contact customer service by chat, phone, or email.
- Details of transactions and communications over the Platform — goods sold and purchased, pricing and delivery information, dispute records, buyer–vendor communications, and forum discussions.
- Details of your browsing and buying activity, collected automatically from your device — IP address, date/time of access, device type, unique device identifiers, browser type, broad geographic location, browsing patterns, and interactions with the Platform. We also collect information about our site itself — browser software, operating system, pages viewed, and session counts. Some of this uses cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6). Where required by law, we seek your prior consent. We may also derive inferences from your activity and other information we hold.
- Information about people or accounts you interact with or share content with, and contact information you choose to upload or import from a device (such as an address book).
1.3 Information we receive from third parties
- Social media platforms, if you register via a social account — typically your username, profile picture, country, and company name, depending on your privacy settings there.
- Third parties engaged to run verification checks — anti-money-laundering, fraud, and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) checks — including your name, email, company details, and contact information. We only collect from third parties who either have your consent or are legally permitted to disclose it to us.
Use of Personal Data
We collect and use your personal information to:
- Verify Platform account registrations, including fraud, security, KYC, and anti-money-laundering checks to approve Vendor accounts.
- Verify your eligibility as a Platform blogger or influencer.
- Set up and administer Buyer and Vendor accounts, including log-in IDs and payment/transaction accounts.
- Provide customer service support — responding to queries and feedback, and managing claims or disputes.
- Provide and support general Platform services — facilitating Buyer–Vendor communication, processing transactions and payments, assessing Vendor advance-withdrawal requests, and providing or supporting logistics and delivery.
- Support Buyer and/or Vendor customs clearance declarations or applications made via the Platform.
- Provide membership benefits — birthday rewards, membership offers and coupons, anniversary awards, and exclusive member pricing.
- Verify your identity and purchases for product warranty or after-sales claims.
- Assess and monitor account security and transaction risk — detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other security incidents.
- Send tailored marketing and advertising based on how you use the Platform, your browsing records, and order history, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
- Conduct research and analytics — to secure the Platform and improve its content, layout, product offerings, and services.
- Help you find people you may know who also use Sbrai Solutions.
- Other purposes compatible with those disclosed here, where permitted by applicable data protection law. You may request further information about compatibility on request.
Disclosure or Sharing of Personal Data

- Any other person, with your consent.
- Third parties reached via hyperlinks or co-branded pages from our Platform — their own privacy policies apply, and we don't control them.

- When no ongoing legitimate need exists, we delete or anonymize your information, or securely store it until deletion is possible.
